Following the latest government guidelines, our veterinary practices are now only open for animals that need essential care, urgent assessment and/or treatment to maintain your pet´s welfare and reduce their risk of deterioration. Please contact your Walton Lodge veterinary practice to arrange an appointment.
Annual vaccination boosters, health checks and elective procedures are not deemed essential and should be booked as soon as possible after normal service resumes. Please keep checking for updates in our website.
It is important that you continue to give your pet the appropriate food, medication and flea & worm treatment. Please contact your Walton Lodge veterinary practice to arrange this before coming to the practice.
If you are concerned about your pet´s health, please contact us directly and we will find the best way to help you and your pet.
Visiting your Walton Lodge veterinary practice
If you are self-isolating please do not come into the practice. If your pet needs essential care, please call your practice and we will advise you on what course of action is best. We will run a telephone consultation and discuss how we can best care for your pet. We may be able to arrange to collect your pet and bring them to the practice if this is considered necessary.
If you have an appointment booked and you will be coming into the practice, please be aware that we have new measures to limit person-to-person contact by:
- When you arrive at the practice, please call via telephone to let us know that you have arrived.
- A member of staff will collect and return your pet at the door. Communication will be maintained via telephone or at the entrance of the practice maintaining always the appropriate 2-metre physical distance with other people
- We will ask you to make payment by card over the phone
If you have any questions, please contact us directly.
