We have tried to create soothing atmospheres at all of our surgeries, for the benefit of both pets and owners. Our treatment rooms are fitted with state-of-the-art equipment. At our Hoddesdon and Stevenage branches we have isolation wards to allow intensive care of sick animals and prevent the spread of infectious disease.

We have fully-equipped, modern operating theatres at our Bishop's Stortford, Ware, Hoddesdon and Stevenage practices. Our 24 hour emergency centre (Hoddesdon) has nurses on duty at all times, taking care of inpatients. One of our own Veterinary Surgeons is also on-call 24hours a day, seven days a week, incase of emergencies and to take care of our hospitalised patients.
